How do I motivate my members?

It's a very common question leaders ask me.

I find currently it's a burning issue due to changing values, perspectives, needs of people, and challenges in business.


The answer to that question consists of taking care of several elements of leadership:

✅️creating a sense of PURPOSE and CONNECTION by co-creating a shared vision, purpose, and goals with your team

✅️ focus on COLLABORATION and building strong teams based on TRUST & relationships

✅️creating an environment of PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY - where people feel safe to be vulnerable and give themselves fully.

✅️DELEGATING effectively - starting with why it's important and how it contributes to the overall company, function, team vision and goals, trusting people, giving autonomy and learning possibilities

✅️COACHING your employees - helping them to grow, find meaning, find solutions, see new perspectives,

✅️ creating DEVELOPMENT opportunities: stretch assignments, access to personal development

✅️ offering MENTAL FITNESS to increase positivity, raise own potential, reduce stress & build a mental health

✅️giving APPRECIATION, praise, and recognition

✅️ having FUN together - from celebrating wins & mistakes to team-building workshops
