I served +15 years in 3 global corporations, including Fortune 500, working in 4 different countries and 3 continents, leading organizational changes, and developing individuals and teams.

Coaching has played a pivotal role in my career, enabling me to transform from within and develop impactful skills and a mindset that resulted in more effective leadership and positive life changes.

With my mission, I focus on empowering leaders to evolve into more conscious, authentic, and thriving human beings who successfully grow their organizations and businesses to the next level, while thriving personally.
